Hi, I'm Maya!

My name is Maya, and I am the founder of Pieces Of Heaven. I started this small business out of my immense love for God and the Catholic faith, with the hope of inspiring others on their journey to heaven. Through beautiful, faith-filled creations like handmade rosaries, Catholic jewelry, and veils, my mission is to help you deepen your relationship with God and embrace the beauty of our shared faith.

Where It All Began

I didn’t grow up in a religious home—in fact, my family was atheist. For most of my life, I carried misconceptions about Christianity and was skeptical about religion. But in 2020, during the global quarantine, everything changed. Isolated and struggling with anxiety, I felt incredibly lost and alone. That’s when, in the quiet of my heart, I heard Christ’s call.

I became curious about Christianity, especially Catholicism, and began seeking answers. By the grace of God, I started RCIA and, after a beautiful journey of discovery and faith, I was baptized at the Easter Vigil in 2022.

Falling in Love With the Rosary

As I grew closer to God, I encountered the beauty and power of the Rosary. It became my nightly prayer, my lifeline, and my greatest joy. Each Hail Mary I prayed brought me closer to Jesus and Mary, and the transformative power of this devotion became a cornerstone of my faith.

The Spark of Creativity

I’ve always been a creative soul, passionate about crafting and creating since I was a child. In the summer of 2022, my love for the Rosary led me to start handcrafting my own. Using high-quality gemstone and wooden beads, I poured my heart into making beautiful rosaries that reflected the beauty and reverence of this sacred prayer.

It was a perfect union of my creativity and my faith, and I knew I wanted to share this passion with others. In August 2022, I launched Pieces Of Heaven with my very first collection of handmade rosaries.

Growing in Faith and Community

What began with rosaries soon grew into so much more. I introduced faith-inspired Catholic jewelry and, as I embraced the practice of modesty and veiling, I added hand-sewn veils to my collection.

At the same time, I continued to share my journey as a Catholic convert on Instagram and TikTok. My pages grew, and with them, a beautiful community of faithful Catholics who inspire one another to live a Christ-centered life.
