Ordering

Is your website safe?

Absolutely, we prioritize the security of our customers' information. Additionally, we follow industry best practices to maintain a secure online environment. Your privacy and safety are of utmost importance to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal or ShopPay.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

If you wish to change some details in your order after it's been placed, please let us know within 24 hours from the time of order placement. Reach out to us at hello@piecesofheaven.co, or submit our Contact Form, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please note that after the 24-hour window has passed, we may have already begun processing your order, and changes to your order may not be possible. We are unable to make any changes to your order after it's already been shipped.

How often do you restock sold-out items?

We restock sold-out items periodically. If you're interested in a specific item, feel free to contact us to inquire about its availability.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide bulk or wholesale options. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Can I include a gift message?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our items come in elegant packaging, making them presentable for gifting.

You can include a personalized gift message during the checkout process to make your gift more special. This message will be included in the package when it's sent to the recipient.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

While we make every effort to process your order within 3-5 business days, please note that many of our rosaries are crafted to order. This means that it may take approximately 1-2 weeks for your rosaries to be created before they are ready for shipping.

The exact shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. If you select the Standard Shipping method, it usually takes 3–7 days within the EU, 7–14 days to North America, and anywhere between 5–21 days elsewhere to be delivered.

We understand the anticipation of receiving your beautiful items, and we are committed to ensuring they reach you as swiftly as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Simply add your products to cart and select the country of delivery at checkout.

How much does the shipping cost?

The Standard Worldwide Shipping fee is 7€. Shipping within the Czech Republic costs 4€.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 100€.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the Czech Post where you can track your order.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

In the rare event of a delay or lost shipment, please contact our customer support, and we'll investigate the issue and find a solution.

How are international orders handled regarding customs fees?

Please be aware that import taxes, duties, and customs fees might apply and vary by country based on the package's value. Pieces Of Heaven is not responsible for these fees. Customers should check with local customs for information on duty/custom fees, as not all packages are subject to them.

Our Products

How to take care of my jewelry pieces?

Our pieces are made for everyday wear, however, to maintain quality and shine over time your jewelry must be removed when sleeping, bathing, & exercising. Avoid contact with chlorine, sanitizers, perfumes, and lotions and clean your pieces with a soft cloth after every wear.

What material is your jewelry made of?

We are committed to using only high quality materials for our items. Our jewelry pieces are plated with real 18K gold, or real gold filled. The base metal of our jewelry is either stainless steel, or high quality brass.

Our pieces are cadmium, nickel and lead free to ensure that they are hypoallergenic.

The material of our jewelry pieces is always specified in the description of each item.

Why is my rosary slightly different from the pictures?

Every rosary we offer is handcrafted and made of natural gemstone and wooden beads. Slight color, size, and shape variation is normal due to naturality of the stones. As a result, there might be occasional design variations that add a unique touch to each piece. We take great care to maintain the overall quality and aesthetic of our products.

How to make my veil stay in place?

We've got you covered! All our veils have a sewn-in hair clip, so that you can easily secure your veil.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but on the off chance that you don’t you can fill out the Contact Form on our website and request a return within 14 days since the delivery. We will send you a return label and give you a full refund.

How can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at hello@piecesofheaven.co or submit the Contact Form within this timeframe, and we'll be happy to assist you in cancelling your order and issuing a full refund. Please note that after the 24-hour window has passed, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible.

If your order has already been shipped then you can return it and receive a refund.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support at hello@piecesofheaven.co or submit the Contact Form with photos of the damaged item, and we'll assist you promptly. See our Return Policy for more details.

What conditions must merchandise meet for a return?

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
